Previously, she worked at a fund-placement agency in Amsterdam, specializing in fundraising for funds ranging from 100 million to 2 billion EUR. She also worked in Luxembourg at the Private Equity and Venture Capital association, focusing on investor relations building.

Jan Faflík is a Senior Associate at Tensor Ventures, where he leads early-stage investments across Europe in TechBio, Software Infrastructure, and other Deeptech sectors. He sits on the boards of Tensor’s two portfolio companies, QurieGen and Openvibe. With a strong foundation in bioinformatics and computational chemistry, Jan combines deep scientific literacy with a sharp investment perspective to identify and support transformative technologies with high growth potential. 

Tomáš Šebek is a Czech surgeon, entrepreneur, and strong advocate of telemedicine. He co-founded uLékaře.cz, the largest online medical consultation platform in the Czech Republic. As a Doctors Without Borders volunteer, he has completed missions in Haiti, Afghanistan, South Sudan, and Yemen. Author of three books and recipient of numerous awards, he aims to drive innovation and positive change in modern healthcare.

Pavel Sedláček is the CEO of MedicProgress, a Czech company specializing in the development and production of cosmetics, dietary supplements, and medical devices. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, he has collaborated with leading cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies worldwide. His passion lies in creating new products, driving innovation, and bringing development projects and investments to life.

Marián Hajdúch is a leading scientist in molecular and translational medicine, focusing on oncology, rare and infectious diseases. As founding director of the Institute of Molecular and Translational Medicine (IMTM), he bridges research and clinical innovation. He has led numerous national and international projects, co-founded biotech spin-offs in diagnostics and drug development, and established Cancer Research Czech Republic. He also serves as Czech National Director for the European Translational Medicine Infrastructure (EATRIS-ERIC).

Antonín Hlavinka is Deputy Director for Innovation & Digitalization at University Hospital Olomouc and Director of its Digital Health Center. He is a leading architect of telemedicine and healthcare digitalization in the Czech Republic, driving the integration of modern digital solutions into clinical practice. With his broad expertise, he is recognized as a prominent voice in healthcare digital transformation.

Roman Buchtík is a former scientist who now leads research and business strategy at FARMAK, a.s. He combines deep scientific expertise with strategic management to drive innovation and growth in pharmaceutical development.

Radim Šlachta is a former scientist dedicated to bringing the benefits of physical activity to a broad audience. As Founder of mySASY & Elonga, he builds products that help people improve their health and performance, turning scientific knowledge into practical tools for everyday life.

Michal Pohludka is a visionary scientist and entrepreneur turning breakthrough science into commercially successful ventures. As Founder of Science Studio, he has built companies such as GeneSpector, Macromo, and AMPM Labs, specializing in the earliest phases of business creation and transforming ideas into viable businesses.
